This technology achieves a stable output of 710W in a 20°C-30°C environment through the inclined multi-core and polarization beam process, compressing the fluctuation range of laser power from ±1.5% to ±0.5%, providing a reliable guarantee for high-precision machining.
The mass-produced 915nm and 976nm series optical fiber modules have an electro-optical conversion efficiency of more than 40%, of which 20kW products can reduce material losses in steel structures, shipbuilding and other fields compared with traditional plasma equipment, and a single 40kW equipment can save about 900,000 yuan in board costs per year.
